RETLAMI-SEE aims to enhance the research capacities of the University of Banja Luka and other involved institutions and empower young researchers to conduct interdisciplinary research on transformations, labour, and migration in Southeast Europe.
The project is based on networking, knowledge exchange, and mentoring programmes that enable collaboration between researchers from the University of Banja Luka and more experienced researchers from three European partner institutions. Additionally, the project includes research component focusing on the transformation of labour in Bosnia and Herzegovina through the lens of migration, which will further enhance the scientific and research skills of involved researchers.
Through a series of activities such as workshops, mentoring programs, and study visits, RETLAMI-SEE will enable young researchers and administrative staff from partner institutions to develop new skills and expand their research capacities. One of the main outcomes of the project will be the establishment of the Research Group for Transformations, Labour, and Migration at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Banja Luka, ensuring the long-term sustainability of the project and further development of international cooperation.
